Our Catholic Life

We see it as our vocation, our duty and our privilege to educate the children at St. Joseph’s to the very best of our ability. As a Catholic school, we are guided by the example set to us by Jesus as we aim to “learn and grow together in the light of God’s love”.

Christ is at the centre of all that we do at St. Joseph’s. We believe that each one of us is created in God’s own image and brings their own unique gifts and talents to enrich our school. We listen to and learn from the teachings of Jesus and use these as a model for how we work together as a community.

"Those who sing, pray twice" is often attributed to Saint Augustine.

At Joseph's we enjoy singing as a form of prayer and this is included in our day to day worship.
