At St Joseph’s, we believe every child has a voice that deserves to be heard. Through our Pupil Voice initiatives, children have opportunities to share their ideas, opinions and experiences, helping to shape school life and drive improvements. Whether through the Lily Squad, Sports Crew, Eco-leads or other leadership roles, surveys or class discussions, pupils play an active part in making our school a welcoming, inclusive and inspiring place to learn. By listening to and valuing their views, we help children develop confidence, responsibility and the skills to become active citizens of the future.
