In order to apply for a Reception place for September 2027, parents must complete the Surrey on-line Application Form (Common Application Form - CAF) between 2nd November 2026 and 15th January 2027.

The School's Supplementary Information Form (SIF)2027-28 (which is available below) must also be completed and returned to the school by 15th January 2027. Please check with the Parish for SIF signing dates.
